CORE is responsible for the tasks related to the Exploitation and Innovation Management of the project, a continuous process throughout the project duration. CORE will conduct market analysis and customer segmentation for the project results focusing on the European process industries. Moreover, CORE will coordinate the exploitation plan and strategy development in order to lay out a roadmap for the market take-up of the innovations developed within COGNIPLANT. Finally, CORE will lead the activities to develop the business model of the project, taking into consideration the resources and activities required to commercialize COGNIPLANT’s results as well as the value they will deliver to the end customers.
