Software Competence Center Hagenberg GmbH (SCCH) coordinates the activities of data analysis and machine learning development in Cogniplant.
The main goal is the identification of the dependencies between sensor data and process inputs with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the industrial processes, as well as the short-term predictions of these KPIs.
In parallel, SCCH is responsible for the development of reactive optimization software tools that are triggered by predicted deviations in the KPIs and provide near real-time suggestions to the operators. Currently, SCCH focuses on the development of data-based predictive models for the industrial KPIs with a special emphasis on methodologies concerning feature selection, transfer learning, and explainability, as well as their integration into reactive optimization.
All models can be implemented in near real-time fashion using the AVUBDI Big-Data infrastructure (https://lnkd.in/e_9htZVr) developed by SCCH within Cogniplant.
